Board & Representative Involvement

The Board of Directors is comprised of a representative from each investing credit union in the CUSO. The CUPS board has a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer elected by the owner credit unions. Monthly meeting are held and an agenda is developed and distributed. Representatives from the affiliate credit unions are welcome, and participation and input is sought from all, however, only investing credit unions have a vote.
