Employee Education Seminars

While we all share similar educational needs, costs and time constraints make providing quality education events challenging for most small to mid-size credit unions. To address this, CUPS sponsors affordable employee seminars on a wide range of topics based upon the needs of the involved credit unions. Seminars are offered in the evenings or in half day sessions that allow front-line staff participation without short-staffing the credit union.

Using the power of collaboration, and cooperation, we offer quality events at a cost that even small credit unions can afford by essentially sharing the expense of an outside speaker and spreading the cost between the credit unions involved.

These seminars are also offered, and have been well received, by credit unions outside the CUSO structure and provide a small revenues stream to the CUSO.
